Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Slipsilk™ products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your unused items in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
